Cordero, Orlando (Lt. Commander)

Orlando Cordero is the chief engineer for Solaris station, responsible for the construction of the original orange Chrono morpher, and the assembly of CIRCUIT. Originally paired with Lt. Commander Holly Zaskins on the station, now runs the station alone. He also designed the new Chrono morphers currently being used. He is a bit introverted and clumsy, but brilliant.
